Having worked as a full-time member of the corporate communication teams of two blue chip companies, as well as a communication consultant, Roslyn Jones knows that the basic tenants of successful communication remain constant no matter which industry you operate in, that is, stakeholders want to know what is going on in a company, how it affects them, why they should be interested and what they need to do about it.
